2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified and may change without prior notice. Quotations provided are valid for the period indicated. Certain products may have minimum order quantities (MOQ). Orders are confirmed only after written approval or purchase order is received. Igmel Trading SL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be agreed upon before order confirmation. Accepted methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment or agreed partial payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Risk

Delivery timelines depend on product availability and destination. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with local regulations.

5. Returns & Claims

Claims for defective or incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery, supported by documentation. Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging and condition. Wholesale orders are otherwise non-returnable.

All trademarks, logos, product images, and content remain the property of Igmel Trading SL. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Spain. Igmel Trading SL reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
